Before you start
Start Strava early
Activate Strava
before reaching the segment
to avoid forgetting to start it at the moment of departure.
Your time only counts if the activity covers the full official segment.
Warm up outside the race course
For safety and to avoid interfering with riders already competing,
do not warm up on the official race course.
Use Route 105 and the surrounding roads for your warm-up
and keep the TT course clear.

During the individual TT
Respect your start time
Show up punctually at the start point.
If your time slot has passed,
move to the back of the line behind the last present participant
and follow staff instructions.
The road is open to traffic
There is no road closure.
All participants must respect traffic laws, road signs,
intersections and other road users at all times throughout the course.
Turnaround points — no passing
The course includes
three turnaround points.
Slow down as you approach each turnaround,
maintain full control of your bike
and follow the instructions of the volunteers.
For safety, do not pass another rider inside the turnaround areas.
Wait until you have completed the turn
and it is safe to overtake.
Compete safely and fairly
Hold your line,
check that the road is clear before overtaking,
avoid sudden or dangerous manoeuvres,
and do not draft other participants.
This is a time trial — everyone rides their own race.
Follow staff and volunteer instructions
Staff and volunteers are positioned at the start,
finish and turnaround points.
Always follow their directions.
They are there to help manage traffic,
rider flow and the safe operation of the event.
Keep your race number
You will receive a
printed number at the registration table.
This number is used for the prize raffles —
do not lose it.
Hand it back at the finish after completing
your individual time trial.

Upload your activity
Every participant must log their activity in Community Challenges — both for the individual and the team TT. Follow these steps after finishing your ride.
1
Go to
Community Challenges
and connect your account using the
Connect with Strava
button in the header.
2
Complete your Strava activity.
Make sure it
passes through the official configured segment
— this is what the system reads
to extract your time.
3
Open the event in Community Challenges and
select the segment
you want to register for.
4
Select your activity
from the dropdown menu.
5
Choose your
bike type
(road bike, TT bike, or triathlon bike).
6
Click
"Add".
The system will automatically extract
and record your segment time.
Important:
Repeat this process for each competition you participate in —
once for the individual TT
and once for the team TT if applicable.
4
Join a team
Teams consist of 2 or 3 riders . Here's how to create or join one in Community Challenges.
1
The
team captain
creates the team from the event page
in Community Challenges.
2
A
unique 6-character invite code
is generated automatically upon creation.
3
The captain shares the code with teammates via
WhatsApp, email, or any other channel
.
4
Teammates enter the code in the
"Join a team"
section of the event.
5
The team is
ready to compete
once it reaches the minimum number
of members required.
No team yet?
Don't worry — the organization will do its best to help match riders who need teammates. Speak to a staff member at the event and we'll help you complete a team based on availability.
