Manotick Time Trial
Date: May 31, 2026
Course type: Flat / high-speed out-and-back.
Location: Manotick, Ottawa (River Road area)
Distance: 17,3 km
Elevation gain: Low / flat profile (74 m)
Terrain & feel: Fast pacing, steady power, minimal changes in grade – ideal to set a baseline and chase a PR.
Road & technicality: Predominantly straight segments, low technical demand (few turns).
Key performance factors: Wind exposure.
Wakefield Time Trial
Date: Sep 06, 2026
Course type: Rolling river-road TT
Location: Chelsea and Wakefield – Chemin de la Rivière (along the Gatineau River)
Distance: 15,3 km
Elevation gain: 112 m
Terrain & feel: A more “dynamic” effort with small changes in elevation
Road & technicality: Visually stunning and mentally engaging.
Key performance factors: Micro-rolling profile.

2. Checkpoint
Arrive at the meeting point at the designated time to receive your race number and the latest recommendations.
3. Individual TT Start
Begin the TT segment at your assigned time. Upon finishing, head back to the checkpoint.
4. Team Organization (optional)
You can bring your pre-organised team or at the checkpoint, you will be assigned two teammates at random to form your team.
5. Team TT Start
Start the TT segment with your team at the scheduled time. Upon finishing, return to the checkpoint. The time of the third rider will be used as the team’s official result.

The Infinity Virtual Tour is more than an indoor race series — it’s a progressive experience built to celebrate what matters most when we ride together: consistency, teamwork, and commitment. Over four consecutive weeks, teams of 2–3 riders took on four stages on MyWhoosh, under a points system that rewards not only performance, but also full attendance and collective effort.
Wakefield Time Trial 2025
On Sunday, September 28, the roads between Chelsea and Wakefield became the stage for another exciting chapter in the cycling scene of the Capital Region. A total of 47 riders lined up to take part in the Wakefield Time Trial — an event that once again blended competition, camaraderie, and community spirit.
Manotick Time Trial 2025
On Sunday, June 8, the roads of Manotick became the stage for a new chapter in the region’s cycling scene. Dozens of riders gathered to take part in a time trial that combined sport, challenge, and community spirit.

How much does it cost to participate?
Series Pass (Manotick + Wakefield): $93 – includes entry to both events.
Single Event Entry (Manotick only or Wakefield only): $49.5

What type of bicycle do I require?
Participants may use road bikes, time trial bikes, or triathlon bikes. Participants using road bikes will receive a 2-minute time bonus.
Do I need a cycle computer to know my time?
You will need a phone with the Strava application installed or a bike computer that allows you to upload your activity to the application. This is essential as your times will be recorded through this tool. If you don’t have this application, you can still participate, but your times will not be included in the event statistics or the raffles that will be held.
What time does the event start?
Each participant will be assigned a start time upon registration. Times may vary slightly due to logistical issues.
I have never participated in a TT before. Can I try?
Of course. The main objective of the events is to give insight into your individual performance, but it also offers the chance to compare yourself with other cycling enthusiasts. It is an opportunity for cyclists of different levels to share the same route in a single event.
Will anyone be taking official times?
Official times will be taken automatically from the Strava app.
I would like to be a volunteer on the day of the event, can I do that?

Do I have to belong to a club to participate?
Anyone is welcome to participate, you do not have to be a member of a club. However, we encourage participation from cycling clubs in this event.
Are the roads going to be closed to traffic?
Participants will ride on the open road respecting traffic regulations. Cyclists are advised to ride the route within the white line and make the two turns along the route with caution. Cyclists will ride alongside other road users.
Should I register for the events?
What do I need to bring with me on the day of the event?
It seems obvious, but here is what we recommend you bring:
- Road bike in perfect working order.
- A helmet.
- A bottle of water.
- Medical insurance card.
- Cell phone/bike computer to upload route to Strava.
- Event confirmation email.
What is Strava?
Strava is the most popular cycling app today and the one with which the TT times will be taken. You can register at this link: www.strava.com
Can I bring someone with me?
All visitors and entertainers are welcome. However, no cyclist may ride with an accompanying car or motorcycle. Drafting is not allowed. If a participant engages in this type of maneuver, their time will not be included in the official results.
Will there be a prize?
We will raffle surprise prizes that will be announced by the sponsors during the promotion of the event and/or during the race. To be eligible for these prizes, you must register, complete the course, and comply with the conditions of the event.
Are there any categories for ranking purposes?
Two categories will be awarded: men and women. The results will be publicly available on our website.
If I have a mechanical problem, can I retake the TT?
Yes, you can repeat the TT by taking the last turn at the starting point.
Can I register on the day of the event if I miss the opportunity to register before registration closes?
It is not possible to register on the day of the event.
Are minors allowed to participate?
This is an event for adults only.

How can I get to the departure point?

The event may be rescheduled to ensure the safety of participants. The intention is that the event can be held on the proposed date.
